Do you want to take your goalie game to the next level? Come learn from one of the best on Apr 16 - Ryan LaPlante!Ryan is a former Viper who went on to start in 66 games as goalie at the University of Denver where he won a national championship in 2015.
Our Apr 23 and 30 clinics will be led by Dominic Alfieri. Dominic was a 2-time All-American Goalie at Texas A&M, 2-time Lone Star Alliance All Conference Team, and a Lone Star Alliance Defensive Player of the Year. He was a HS head coach for 8 years and an offensive/goalie coach in Texas and Connecticut for 3 years. During this time his teams won 4 district championships, 1 state title and finished in the top 5 in the state 4 times.
You'll learn the best skills, drills, and techniques used by the most successful goalies & goalie coaches in the country. This action-packed clinic will make you better!

Do you want to take your faceoff game to the next level? Come learn from one of the best - Ryan Chamberlain!“Chambo” was a two-time All-American faceoff specialist at Colorado State University. During his career, Ryan set two CSU faceoff records as well as recorded a 70% career win percentage. He has been coaching faceoff specialists in California and Colorado for the past three years. You'll learn proper warm up, grip/stance variations, moves and counter-moves as well as get a ton of live reps. These action-packed clinics will make you better!

Teams have the choice to play in the May 5-6 Vail Lax Jam or the May 12-13 Aspen Shootout (included with spring registration fee):
Teams may choose a different tournament for an extra $35/player
Who can play for Vipers?
K-8th graders of all experience levels, including brand new players, are welcome to play for us

U11 and above:
Players will be assigned to teams primarily based on tryouts/evaluation
Players do not need to tryout to be placed on one of our beginner teams
Tryouts:
The Windsor teamswill nothave tryouts (due to one team at each age level)
The Fort Collins teamswillhave tryouts (due to multiple teams at each age level)
Tryout participants must be registered for the spring season in order to tryout (this is a requirement of our insurance provider)
Each age group will have 2 days of tryouts -Feb 20and Feb 27- at The Edge (4450 Denrose Ct, Fort Collins):
U11 & U12 – arrive by 5:45 to gear up, sign in at 6, tryouts from 6:15-7:15 pm
U11 – on WEST field
U12 – on EAST field
U13 & U15 – arrive by 6:45 to gear up, sign in at 7, tryouts from 7:15-8:15 pm
U13 – on WEST field
U15– on EAST field

Regular season- Most teams will be scheduled for 10 regular season CYLA games (half in Fort Collins, half in Denver area). Games cancelled due to weather or tournament conflicts likely won't be able to be rescheduled. The schedule will be postedthe fourth week of March. Games are planned for most of the following dates:
