Head coaches should email their team soon after their roster is set
Introduce yourself and cover important points for the season (practice dates/locations, team expectations, etc)
Get a team manager ASAP!
When you first email your team, ask for a volunteer for team manager
Your team manager will handle your team's communications:
Send out team emails about practices, games, etc
Coordinate tailgates, snacks, etc
Once you have a team manager, email their name to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll give them access to your team's webpage/roster/contact info

Our website allows coaches (and team managers) to easily communicate with their team. You can email your players, assign uniform numbers, post team news, enter game results, and more.
Once you've been assigned as a coach or manager to a team, you will be able to login to your team's webpage using your email address and personal password (click here for directions). Once logged in, you will be able to do the following:
